How does the process work?

Once you place an order you’ll be directed to our intake form to fill out. Based on your form, we’ll match you with a writer that understands your specific industry and needs. Your writer will start by scheduling a 1-on-1 with you to devise a plan for how to write and improve your resume. From there, your writer will write your resume and send things over via email for you to approve.

How long does the process take?

You’ll be assigned a writer within a day. From there it usually takes around a week or so for your writer to complete your resume. If you need your resume by a specific deadline, we’ll make sure to pair you with a writer who can prioritize your order.

What form of payment can I use?

Debit/Credit from all major card providers.

How do I get started?

To have your resume written by our team of writers, you can place an order here. Once an order is placed, you’ll fill out a questionnaire that will give us the info needed to write your resume.

What file format is the resume sent as?

The resume will be sent to you as a .docx Word file. If needed, we can also send it to you as a PDF file as well. Your resume will be editable as long as you have Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs.

What services do you offer besides resume writing?

We offer other professional writing services such as writing cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and thank you letters. Our resume writers will also be happy to help you with general questions in regards to your job search and career.

Can I talk with my writer?

Yes – you’ll be able to communicate with your writer in multiple ways throughout the process. Generally before your writer works on your resume, they’ll set up a meeting with you to go over your resume with you and identify how they’ll go about making changes and improvements.

Do you offer revisions?

We have a revision period of 2 weeks, beginning when you receive a copy of your new resume. We provide as many revisions as needed within that time period.

What if I already have a resume?

Around half of our clients come to us with a pre-existing resume already so this is to be expected. Our writers will use the relevant information from your current resume as a starting point and make changes from there to create a better version of what you already have.

What industries do your writers cover?

We have resume writers that specialize in all the major industries out there. This includes but are not limited to…finance, marketing, accounting, business management, engineering, computer science, programming, aerospace, automotive, technology, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, media, retail, real estate, nonprofits, and federal jobs.

Are your writers from the United States?

Yes – all of our resume writers are from the US. The majority of them come with a recruiting background and are certified.

What is your refund policy?

We are one of the few resume services that offer a money back guarantee. You are able to request a full refund at any time throughout the entire writing process up until you receive your new resume. Even after your writer has written and sent your resume to you, you’ll still be able to request a partial refund. This partial refund will be equal to exactly half the price of your entire order. After 10 business days have passed since you received a copy of your new resume, we’ll stop honoring refund requests.
